The night that started it

Pune doesn't need more entrepreneurs. It needs more entrepreneurs who show up for each other.

On July 26, J4E and HEF gathered founders, builders, and quiet believers at Salesforce Pune. There were no pitches. No panels. Just a room of people who chose to show up for one another.

Vishal Methi called it a Golden Valley for entrepreneurs. Mr. Gaurav Tripathi anchored the HEF partnership. Nikhil Thakur, Priyankka Kawale, and Neelesh Shelar held the Core Committee together. This assessment is our attempt to bottle a piece of that evening — and hand it to you.

The Connection Health Index

Twelve questions. A mirror, not a scorecard.

The Index measures four dimensions of how you build with others — because most founders don't lose to competition. They lose to isolation.

01

Depth of trust

Who could you call at 11pm on a hard day — and would they pick up?

02

Rhythm of giving

How often do you introduce two people who should meet, without needing a reason?

03

Ecosystem gravity

Are you a node people return to — or a name they only remember when they need something?

04

Belonging you build

Do the people around you feel more themselves, or more performative, in your company?

How it works

Three minutes. Then a quiet week of reflection.

The Index is not a funnel. It's a gentle sequence — one you can walk away from at any point.

  1. 1

    Answer twelve honest questions

No right answers. No ranking against strangers. Just a mirror for how you're currently connecting.

  2. 2

    Receive your reflection card

A one-page read of where your connection life is nourished, and where it may be quietly thin.

  3. 3

    Three notes over three weeks

What your score means · a Pune ecosystem story · an open invitation to a 20-minute conscious-connection conversation. No selling. Reply to any of them — or none.

Voices from the room

"
Pune doesn't need louder rooms. It needs warmer ones. J4E was the warmest room I'd walked into in years — and I walked out with three collaborations I never asked for.
